Cancellations within 30 days of check-in: 50% of the total amount is due, regardless of the length of stay.
Late cancellations: if cancelled with less than 30 days’ notice before the arrival date, the full amount (100%) is due.

Check-in via access code and Totem is available from 16:00. A few days before arrival you will receive all the information needed to access your unit independently.

You will receive a booking code 3 days before arrival. Enter it at the on-site Totem to collect your access key. Upon first entry, you have 24 hours to inspect the apartment and report any issues. After this period, no further complaints can be accepted.

On your departure day, please vacate the unit by 10:00, taking all your personal belongings with you, so we can prepare it for the next guest.

Check-out is self-service: simply leave your badge in the designated slot near the Totem, along with the mailbox key if applicable.

You can register an additional guest at the time of booking, after booking, or during your stay. Registration is only required for guests who are staying with you full-time, not for occasional visitors.
