If the booking lasts more than 8 weeks, after the first payment, the next charge will be made 4 weeks after check-in and then every 4 weeks. Each payment covers up to 4 weeks and is invoiced in advance.

The CHF 300 deposit is to cover minor damage to the inventory. However, you remain responsible for any major damage during your booking.

If there is no damage or missing items at check-out, your deposit of CHF 300 will be refunded within 15 days.
